Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This includes media planning, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance campaign performance. The role also involves implementing advanced SEM strategies and exploring native ad channels to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native Ad platforms.
Develop and manage media plans aligned with campaign goals, budgets, and KPIs.
Perform keyword and audience analysis to identify high-value segments and inform targeting strategies.
Implement and validate conversion tracking setups using GA4, GTM, and CRM mapping.
Use AI-based tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and performance analysis.
Analyze sales data and lead quality to refine targeting and improve ROI.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing frameworks.
Track and evaluate budget pacing, impression delivery, and spend efficiency.
Research market trends and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
Compile and organize campaign performance data and prepare reports for data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and native ad platforms.
Strong understanding of SEM campaigns, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, CRM mapping).
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, pivot tables, and Looker Studio dashboards.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications:
Google Ads (Required)
Meta Blueprint (Optional)
Google Analytics (Preferred)
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
