Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility and drive qualified traffic

• Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven Google Ads campaigns to meet KPIs

• Create and implement social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

• Conduct competitive analysis to fine-tune content and ad strategies

• Optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Bing

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools

• Execute A/B testing, keyword research, and bidding adjustments to optimize return on investment

• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business goals

• Deliver actionable insights and performance reports with recommendations for improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

• Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and related platforms

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and improve campaign performance

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
