About the Role:
Hiresquad Resources is actively looking for a skilled and experienced ERP Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud/Fusion to join a fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of ERP finance modules, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting functionalities within Oracle EPM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects
Act as a functional expert in ERP Finance modules, including planning and budgeting
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integrations and configurations
Conduct gap analysis, configure system settings, and participate in testing cycles
Support end-users with training, documentation, and post-go-live support
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP
Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations in finance domains
Solid understanding of EPM modules including:
Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
Essbase and Hyperion
Functional expertise in financial planning, P&L, balance sheet, CapEx, workforce, and project planning
Strong knowledge of business rules, task lists, forms, and reports
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel if required
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of EPM-specific experience
Prior experience in working as a Functional Lead or Application Architect
Background in requirement gathering and solution designing for enterprise clients
