Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and document client business requirements and processes.
Design, implement, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules to meet client needs.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, BCom, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of finance and operations processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
