Job Description:

The Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant will implement, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. The role involves financial requirement analysis, solution configuration, user training, and post-implementation support. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth ERP deployments and ensure alignment with financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze financial requirements
• Configure and customize D365 F&O Finance modules
• Conduct requirement workshops
• Provide finance process and best-practice guidance
• Support UAT, training, and end-user enablement
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations
• Offer post-go-live support
• Ensure compliance and process optimization

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting
• Microsoft D365 F&O (preferred)
• Analytical & problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

• ERP consulting experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting and workflows
• Understanding of Microsoft business applications

Education:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
