Job Overview

Cloudangles is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft D365 F&O Finance modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance operations, business process mapping, and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document client business requirements and workflows

• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules

• Customize system functionalities based on project requirements

• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users

• Conduct system testing, performance validation, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless system operations

• Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and capabilities of D365 F&O

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Commerce (BCom)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O as a Functional Consultant

• Strong knowledge of core finance and operations processes

• Proven ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills

• Experience with project documentation, testing, and user support

Preferred Skills & Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystem tools

• Understanding of project management methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Exposure to Microsoft Project or other project management tools
