Job Summary

Tek Tree LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Technical Consultant to design, customize, and implement scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements.

• Build and implement technical components such as extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.

• Perform data migration, transformation, and data restoration across environments.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.

• Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3–8 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and working knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API-based integrations.

• Solid understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.

• Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and custom report development.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:

  • Dynamics 365 Developer Associate

  • Solution Architect Expert

• Experience with end-to-end / full-cycle implementation projects.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Understanding of cloud deployments and security configurations.
