Job Description:

People Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to work on enterprise ERP implementations and support engagements. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in X++ development, integrations, reporting, and performance optimization within D365 F&O environments. The consultant will collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++
• Implement extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), and event handlers
• Design and maintain SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER)
• Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration
• Build and support integrations using OData, AIF, REST APIs, and web services
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Optimize system performance, batch processing, and scalability
• Configure security roles and maintain access controls

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012
• Expertise in X++ development
• Extensions, CoC, and Event Handler development
• SSRS and Electronic Reporting (ER)
• Data Management Framework (DMF)
• ERP architecture, data modeling, and business processes
• Performance tuning and batch framework
• Security framework and role configuration

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
• REST API and integration-heavy project experience
• Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations
• Experience working in hybrid delivery models

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
