About the Role

Kani Solutions Inc is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scrum Master to join its growing team. This is a remote position offering hands-on experience in Agile project environments and the opportunity to work with cross-functional development teams to ensure effective product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Work with product owners and development teams to manage user stories, backlogs, and sprint goals.

• Identify and remove project impediments to help the team deliver on time.

• Promote Agile values and ensure process adherence within the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback.

• Ensure clear and effective communication between team members and departments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Sprint Planning, Scrum methodologies, and Agile frameworks.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
