We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Coordinator to support our ERP systems and enhance cross-functional collaboration through efficient software integration, automation, and data management.
Role Overview:
The ERP Coordinator will oversee the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of ERP systems. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing integrations with CRM and other tools, troubleshooting system issues, and training end-users. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with departments to understand ERP requirements and business workflows
Configure ERP modules and document processes (SOPs, training guides)
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth ERP operations
Act as liaison between internal teams and technical support vendors
Assist with ERP implementation, upgrades, and testing
Integrate ERP with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for lead-to-cash processes
Leverage AI and RPA tools to automate tasks and improve decision-making
Manage cloud-based data backups and ensure data security compliance
Collaborate with analysts to create performance dashboards and reports
Support teams in using tools like ClickUp for project/task management
Conduct regular training sessions and create enablement resources
Ensure accuracy of data, functionality of ERP systems, and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)
Solid understanding of key business processes: finance, inventory, sales, operations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and dashboard/reporting tools
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI tools, RPA platforms, and CRM integrations
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software
Strong presentation and training facilitation capabilities
