Role Overview
LifeStyles Healthcare is hiring an experienced ERP Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance Module). This global role bridges Finance and IT across APAC and EMEA, driving system configuration, process excellence, and financial reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Finance, IT, and plant controllers

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, lead workshops, and oversee solution design

• Configure finance and manufacturing-costing modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, PR/PO workflows, Cost Accounting)

• Manage operational support, version upgrades, and data reconciliation

• Develop documentation, user training materials, and testing protocols

• Ensure accurate data flow to Snowflake, Power BI, and data lakes

• Enforce SOX controls and support audits across jurisdictions

• Collaborate with vendors, manage SLAs, and handle project budgets

Technical Skills Required

• Hands-on configuration of D365 F&O Finance modules

• Strong understanding of finance operations: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay

• Power BI, Snowflake, data modeling, and reporting

• Project management experience (Agile and Waterfall)

• Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

• 8+ years of relevant experience (5+ with D365 Finance modules)
