Role Overview:

CocoonIT Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join its growing ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Finance module implementations in D365 F&O, deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into efficient functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) for global organizations.

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional solution designs.

• Lead or participate in 2–3 full-cycle D365 F&O Finance implementations.

• Handle setup, configuration, integration, and testing using Microsoft Sure Step or other best-practice methodologies.

• Work extensively with Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Leasing (AL).

• Design and develop test scenarios, functional test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for solution customization and issue resolution.

• Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation.

• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• 4–6 years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting.

• Proven track record with at least 2–3 D365 F&O Finance implementations.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and industry-specific finance operations.

• Experience working with global clients across diverse industries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification preferred.
