About the Role:

BSCubes is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics (Finance) Specialist for a freelance engagement aligned with the Australian time zone. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules and a strong background in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and administration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

• Review, optimize, and maintain workflows to improve process efficiency.

• Build and customize reports, dashboards, and financial insights.

• Develop and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Configure and manage automated journals and related processes.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Troubleshoot issues, test updates, and ensure system integrity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics AX.

• Background in Accounting or Finance (B.Com, CPA, CA preferred).

• Proven experience in workflow design, report building, and ETL integrations.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or other reporting/data tools is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and during Australian business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-functional ERP and finance teams.

• Exposure to automation and process improvements in ERP systems.
