Job Overview:
Lucy Electric is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant for D365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, proposing and delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, and supporting end-to-end implementation in manufacturing and logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and capture business systems and information requirements.

• Develop functional documentation and technical specifications for D365 SCM solutions.

• Lead and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and AIS (Acceptance Into Service).

• Drive the adoption of digital technologies in supply chain functions.

• Collaborate with business analysts, support teams, and global stakeholders.

• Promote standardisation of processes across Lucy Electric businesses.

• Create system schematics and documentation to inform enterprise decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• MB-300 / MB-330 certification preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 F&O implementation and support.

• Hands-on experience with Trade, Logistics, and Production modules.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions.

• Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-national environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and process mapping.

• Familiarity with solution implementation and ability to challenge technical design.

• Commercial awareness across the value chain and project management experience.
