Position Overview

Farvision ERP is seeking experienced Functional Consultants with strong process understanding in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Taxation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into ERP system functionalities.
This role involves end-to-end ERP implementation, functional testing, data migration, training, and post–go-live support across various client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Mapping

• Understand business processes of the client and the ERP modules being implemented.

• Conduct GAP analysis, prepare documentation, and recommend solutions.

• Map customer requirements to the capabilities and functionalities of the Farvision ERP system.

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Implement ERP modules across departments including materials, finance, taxation, and supply chain.

• Configure client data in the ERP system as per requirement.

• Validate, update, and migrate master data.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure correct ERP behavior.

Training & Change Management

• Provide training to key users and end users.

• Educate clients on ERP best practices and standardized workflows.

• Support process adjustments required for ERP alignment.

Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support

• Support clients during go-live, ensuring smooth transition.

• Provide continuous post-implementation support.

• Handle case logs, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues.

• Prepare documentation for handover after stabilization.

Client Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with customer ERP core teams, technical consultants, and internal managers.

• Maintain professional conduct and grooming standards during client visits.

• Travel onsite for training, implementation, and support when required.

Additional Responsibilities

• Plan reporting processes and support consolidation for group businesses.

• Ensure compliance with finance, accounting, and statutory norms while configuring modules.

• Assist in system upgrades and user training.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.

• Strong domain knowledge in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Taxation.

• Hands-on experience implementing at least two ERP systems.

• Experience with master data validation, data migration, and functional testing.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage clients independently.

• Willingness to travel onsite immediately after joining, if required.

Preferred Competencies

• Knowledge of finance processes, statutory compliance, and end-to-end business operations.

• Prior experience in selling or implementing ERP for Real Estate or Infrastructure domains is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and client-interaction capabilities.
