Job Summary:

Wipro is hiring a Functional Consultant – L2 with a background in ERP implementation and functional consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and CRM solutions, along with experience in project management and gap analysis. The role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and support enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications based on client requirements

• Provide functional consultancy for ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, SAP SD, SAP MM, or SAP FICO

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define, test, and implement ERP solutions

• Lead or support ERP project implementations across modules

• Deliver user training, create documentation, and support post-go-live activities

• Participate in functional testing and validate system configuration

• Assist in business analysis to identify process improvements or customizations

Required Skills & Tools:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM

• SAP SD / MM / FICO

• ERP Implementation (end-to-end cycles)

• Gap Analysis and Business Process Mapping

• Functional Testing & User Training

• Project Management / Coordination

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization

• PG: Any Postgraduate (preferred but not mandatory)
