Role Overview

Copperpod Digital is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Consultant with strong finance and business process expertise. Ideal applicants will be Qualified CA/CPA or MBA (Finance) with exposure to FP&A and Dynamics 365 Finance operations. The role involves client engagement, full-cycle implementations, solution design, and functional consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs.

• Prepare functional design documentation based on requirement analysis.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses and design solutions using MS Dynamics 365.

• Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client requirements.

• Support DevOps tasks where needed.

• Train end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and process-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in E2E MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and services.

• Deep proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 functional modules, including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Cash & Bank

  • Fixed Assets

  • Budgeting

  • Procurement & Sourcing

  • Sales & Marketing

• Hands-on experience in data migration and third-party integrations.

• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and functional solution design.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in US Accounting (preferred).
