Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global Microsoft Dynamics Manager (D365-F&O) to lead and manage enterprise-wide ERP projects and support functions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft D365, international project experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvements across the organization’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support Dynamics D365 implementation, enhancements, and rollouts globally

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for D365 F&O users across multiple locations

• Serve as an internal ERP consultant, collaborating with business and IT teams

• Develop and update end-user training documents and conduct training sessions

• Ensure SLA-based resolution of ERP issues and support tickets

• Handle and document change requests with clear functional design specifications

• Maintain alignment with ISO, ICS, and internal compliance standards

• Coordinate with development teams and external partners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or relevant discipline

• 12–15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, and business workflows

• Global project management exposure, preferably in the chemical industry

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD)

• Hands-on involvement in international ERP implementations

• Proven ability to deliver projects independently

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL practices, and global IT service environments
