Role Overview

Market Million is hiring a Junior Social Media Marketer to support the planning and execution of social media strategies. This is a full-time remote opportunity ideal for individuals with a creative mindset, digital marketing experience, and a passion for online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage social media content calendars

• Create and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms

• Monitor and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Analyze engagement, reach, and performance metrics using social media analytics tools

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns

• Respond to community interactions and comments in a timely manner

• Assist in developing brand voice and visual identity across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital content management

• Ability to design and implement creative content strategies

• Experience with tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Familiarity with SEO, branding, and online trends

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• This is a full-time remote position with fixed hours (Mon-Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM)
