Job Description:
The Solution Consulting Fzco is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Lead Finance Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end finance implementations. The role includes requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, data migration oversight, financial reporting setup, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The consultant will work closely with clients, lead functional workshops, and drive adoption of scalable finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple full-cycle Microsoft D365 F&O Finance implementations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and process reengineering.
• Prepare process documents, FDDs, test cases, and configuration guides.
• Drive solution design sessions and functional workshops with clients.
• Oversee data migration, integration requirements, and reporting configurations.
• Validate accounting postings and ensure financial accuracy across modules.
• Support UAT, go-live preparation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to functional team members.
• Coordinate with technical teams for performance and scalability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with finance standards and best practices.

Required Skills:
• Expertise in D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting).
• 5–8 full-cycle implementation project experience.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and client communication skills.
• ERP solutioning and finance process optimization experience.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.

Preferred Skills:
• CA / CA Inter qualification.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and complex deployments.

Education:
B.Com, B.Tech/B.E., MBA Finance, M.Com, CA / CA Inter preferred.
