Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management (F&O/SCM) implementation. Act as a bridge between business processes and technical execution while overseeing architecture, customization, integration, and deployment of enterprise-grade D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, customization, and deployment of D365 F&O/SCM solutions.

• Architect scalable solutions using X++, CoC, Extensions, APIs, and integrations.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Manage the full solution lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Act as a techno-functional leader between business and technical teams.

• Optimize Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing processes.

• Mentor developers, functional consultants, and junior team members.

• Design and implement integrations using AIF, OData, REST APIs, and Power Platform components.

• Lead data migration, ETL, and validation using Data Entities and SQL Server.

• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and automated workflows.

• Utilize LCS and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, builds, deployments, and governance.

• Support UAT, end-user training, and change management initiatives.
