Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Customize CRM with plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript scripting.

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

• Develop APIs and manage data exchange scenarios via Azure Event Grid/Service Bus.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or functionality issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Azure services.

• Solid understanding of API integrations and cloud-based architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
