Role Summary:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, designing tailored solutions, and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O systems that align with client objectives.
The role requires a mix of functional expertise, consulting skills, and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 to deliver end-to-end business transformation solutions.
This is a remote, full-time role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with international teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze business processes and requirements.
Develop detailed documentation for functional requirements and solution designs.
Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations according to business needs.
Design and execute solution architecture ensuring scalability and performance.
Participate in system integrations, testing, and data migration activities.
Provide functional consulting and expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct user training sessions and offer post-deployment support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain domains.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
Experience in solution architecture and process optimization.
Excellent communication, consulting, and client interaction skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules) preferred.
