Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Finance/Retail modules

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O according to business needs

• Guide implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment & go-live activities

• Conduct user training and create functional documentation

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrated solution delivery

• Act as SME for Finance/Retail modules and support ongoing enhancements

Eligibility Criteria

• 7–12 years of experience in Dynamics AX/ D365 F&O Functional

• In-depth understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and/or Retail modules

• Practical experience with workflows and business process mapping

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with multi-country, multi-entity rollouts (preferred)
