Full Job Description:
We are actively seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) Developer with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining robust Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

• Customize CRM using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate

• Integrate CRM with third-party systems and business applications

• Perform system testing, debugging, and maintain proper documentation

• Provide ongoing support and CRM system enhancements

• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements

• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and UX best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)

• Strong expertise in CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, etc.

• Proficiency in:

  • Custom workflows and plugins

  • Power Automate

  • JavaScript

• Experience with data migration and CRM integration tools

• Ability to handle debugging, testing, and technical documentation

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and Azure services is a plus
