Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CRM) modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design tailored solutions.

• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and deployment support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients for smooth delivery and integration.

• Prepare and maintain documentation and user guides.
