Full Job Description:
Agensi Pekerjaan Joint Resources Sdn Bhd is hiring a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a hybrid opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, with support for visa and relocation. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Field Service module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Cloud) solutions

• Customize and maintain CRM functionalities using Plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate

• Work extensively with the Field Service module for customer solution delivery

• Create and manage Power Apps for various business needs

• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical teams

• Ensure code quality, performance, and documentation

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Cloud)

• Strong expertise in the Field Service module

• Proficient in:

  • Plugins

  • JavaScript

  • Power Automate

  • Power Apps

• Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform certification required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with D365 Portals (OOB)

• Familiarity with Customer Service module

• Exposure to Azure integrations

Contract Details:

• 12-month contract (extendable)

• Open to all nationalities (visa & relocation support provided)

• Start Date: Immediate or within 30 days
