Job Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) team. You will customize solutions, build and test new functionalities, and provide ongoing support across diverse industry verticals. The role requires strong skills in C/AL and AL development, technical design, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional designs into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central/NAV)

• Develop custom objects, workflows, reports, and enhancements

• Support UAT and resolve support tickets

• Work on integration with APIs, CRM, Power BI, and other third-party tools

• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) from functional specs (FRD/FDD)

• Participate in Business Central/NAV migration projects

• Conduct performance monitoring and code reviews

• Provide second- and third-line support

• Engage with clients as a lead technical consultant on projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of development experience with C/AL and AL

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV

• Experience with RDLC Reporting and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and web services integration

• Working knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, etc.)

• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel to client sites when needed

Preferred Skills

• D365 Developer Certifications

• Experience in end-to-end project delivery across various verticals

• Knowledge of development standards recommended by Microsoft
