Role Overview

V-Soft Consulting is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant / Architect to lead enterprise-level ERP transformation initiatives, optimize Finance operations, and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations from discovery to go-live

• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to streamline and optimize Finance processes

• Configure, test, and enhance core Finance modules

• Drive digital transformation through AI- and Copilot-enabled workflows

• Oversee data migration, UAT, and deployment

• Ensure user adoption and provide mentorship to junior consultants

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O

• Strong functional expertise across Finance modules

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)

• Proficiency with LCS and industry-best implementation standards

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Any Graduate (UG)
