KTiwa Services is hiring an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the design, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary MS Dynamics CRM Subject Matter Expert on client projects

• Interact with clients to gather and analyze business requirements

• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap reports

• Demonstrate Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and solutions to clients

• Design end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business needs

• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM using C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate (Flows)

• Build prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) for client validation

• Prepare functional requirement documents and solution designs

• Estimate implementation tasks and contribute to project planning

• Lead internal and client-facing training sessions

• Assist pre-sales teams with solution architecture and proposal preparation

• Support continuous improvement by developing reusable templates and demo assets

• Innovate and propose creative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

• Proven skills in CRM customization, workflow automation, and integration

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Document Core Pack, plugins, and XRM Toolbox

• Strong understanding of when to use plugins, workflows, and JavaScript

• Excellent communication and solution design skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or equivalent)
