Job Summary

CloudNausor Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to work on a part-time freelance basis (4 hours/day) for a UAE-based client. This is a remote consulting opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong functional background in D365 F&O and experience in international project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for D365 F&O implementations.

• Configure and customize modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Supply Chain.

• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.

• Prepare functional documents including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals.

• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients in the UAE, Europe, and the US.

• Perform and support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases.

• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide ongoing functional support.

• Stay updated on Microsoft D365 roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.

• Conduct user training and act as an SME for Finance and Operations modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.

• Proven expertise in key modules:

  • Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management

  • Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution

• Strong knowledge of business process design and Fit-Gap analysis.

• Experience preparing functional documentation and test scripts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage small to medium-sized implementation projects independently.

• Microsoft Certifications (any of the below highly preferred):

  • Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus.
