About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.

• Review functional designs and produce Technical Design Documents (TDD).

• Collaborate with functional teams for gap analysis and design clarifications.

• Develop end-to-end solutions in D365 F&O and AX 2012, including upgrades/migrations.

• Manage X++ and C# customizations for Retail, POS, Commerce Runtime, and Retail Server.

• Design and implement integrations using AIF services, D365 web services, SSIS, CDX, CDS, and .NET Business Connector.

• Develop SSRS reports and manage Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments.

• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability best practices.

• Integrate Payment Service Providers (PSP) with D365 F&O.

• Support production systems and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Maintain compliance with ISMS 27001 standards.

Technical Skills – Mandatory:

• 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 customizations using X++.

• Expertise in Retail/POS customizations via Retail Server & Commerce Runtime (C#).

• Integration experience with AX 2012 and D365 F&O.

• Proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, SharePoint.

Technical Skills – Desirable:

• Microsoft stack (PowerApps, CDS, Office 365).

• 2–4 full lifecycle SCM implementations in D365 F&O or AX 2012.

• LCS (BPM/RSAT) and DevOps experience.

• Third-party integration knowledge.

Functional & Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, consulting, and documentation abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Business Engineering, or equivalent.

• Specialization in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, or Security.

• Preferred: Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations).

• Dynamics 365 certifications: MB-200, MB-300, MB-400, MB-500 (or equivalent).
