Job Description:

Wissda is hiring a skilled MS Dynamics CRM/365 Techno-Functional Consultant for its Pune office. This role requires a balanced expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, including full-lifecycle implementation, custom development, integrations, and CRM administration.

You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, contributing to solution design, development, configuration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle implementations for Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 and Dynamics 365 (UCI)

• Act as a techno-functional consultant and support client-facing activities

• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and console apps

• Design and build custom CRM solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Integrate CRM with third-party applications via Web APIs and REST APIs

• Customize UI components using Ribbon Workbench

• Perform solution packaging, deployment, and version control

• Administer CRM system: manage users, roles, entities, security, and workflows

• Implement and maintain SSIS-based data integrations

• Use Azure DevOps (preferred) for code repository and release pipeline

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (including CRM 2015/2016 and UCI)

• Plugin development, SSIS, and console application development

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate

• Frontend and backend development: C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS

• Web API development and integration experience

• CRM system administration and customization

• Understanding of CRM deployment, solution export/import, version control

• Microsoft SQL Server experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and source code control

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
