Job Description

Upswing Cognitive Hospitality Solutions is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within its Agentic Hospitality Platform. The candidate will work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to translate customer needs and business goals into impactful digital experiences that drive revenue and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business objectives and customer needs into product roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
Define detailed user journeys, acceptance criteria, and wireframes in collaboration with the design team.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
Conduct competitive research and benchmark against products such as Selfbook, Xeni, and Agentic Hospitality.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders — sales, marketing, technology, and leadership — for alignment on goals and delivery timelines.
Define and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, and engagement metrics.
Ensure seamless integration with PMS and payment gateways to enable a “one-click cart” experience.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Agile product management, including writing user stories and managing sprints.
Strong understanding of B2C/B2B booking flows, payment systems, and conversion optimization.
Exposure to API integrations, Property Management Systems (PMS), or hospitality technology is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
