Job Description:

RealPage is hiring a Product Manager to drive innovation across its multifamily SaaS product line. In this role, you will own and execute the product roadmap, work closely with global engineering teams, lead Scrum ceremonies, and analyze customer needs to deliver meaningful product features.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap

• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories

• Lead product demos and customer workshops

• Collaborate across engineering, QA, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and triage product issues

• Continuously improve the product lifecycle process

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst

• Strong experience with Agile, SAFe, and Scrum

• Hands-on with UI tools, technical writing, and backlog management

• Experience with SaaS products and story mapping

• Strong communication and analytical skills
