Job Description:

Purpletalk is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee end-to-end project and program delivery. The role involves managing large teams, driving Agile delivery, handling client communications, and ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are met across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs and projects
• Manage teams of 10–15 members
• Lead estimations, planning, and execution activities
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage client communication and project status reporting
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and quality processes
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and reporting
• Improve team performance through continuous feedback
