Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support senior leadership in managing customer-focused DevOps and QA projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Develop project plans and maintain detailed schedules (Gantt/Sprint).

• Allocate resources and track milestones.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, and variance reports.

• Engage stakeholders through kickoff, status updates, and retrospectives.

• Implement Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) and mentor junior members.

• Establish and monitor KPIs (velocity, cycle time, customer satisfaction).

• Manage scope changes via formal change control processes.

• Ensure quality standards and maintain compliance documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement via postmortems and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 0–2 years of project management experience in IT, QA, or software delivery.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Monday.com.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and presentation platforms.

• PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
