Role Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology, solutions, and implementation teams

• Manage engineering teams and guide technical design and architecture

• Plan, prioritize, and track project execution and code quality

• Organize complex releases and track milestones, risks, and interdependencies

• Serve as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate with sales to define scope for new clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline

• 4 – 7 years in software development or services, with 1-2 years in project/program management

• Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile and Kanban methodologies

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools

• PMP/Scrum Master certification is a plus

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
