Job Overview:
Bridgesoft Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities, bringing 12–15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage complex IT delivery cycles, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and drive execution in both Agile and traditional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate teams and internal resources for seamless project delivery

• Oversee projects to ensure completion within scope, time, and budget

• Define and align project scope and objectives with stakeholders

• Allocate and manage resources effectively

• Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation

• Use Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, and other tools to manage schedules and deliverables

• Lead Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Track and report project performance; manage risks and escalations

• Build client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction

• Mentor team members and ensure cohesive working environments

• Oversee IAM-related projects (e.g., SailPoint) – advantageous

Required Qualifications:

• 12–15 years in IT project or delivery management

• 6–8 years in managerial roles within Services or Product delivery environments

• Strong technical foundation in software and web development

• Expertise with Agile frameworks and CI/CD tools

• Experience implementing enterprise-level IAM systems (e.g., SailPoint)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred

• Experience working night shifts and interacting with on-site clients is a plus
