Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple teams. The role combines traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum Master duties, ensuring successful execution of key technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional coordination, Agile coaching, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Duties

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across parallel workstreams.
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and security objectives.

Scrum Master Duties

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlog items.
Track team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and project management.
Preferred knowledge in Cyber Security domains (AppSec, Vulnerability Management, IAM).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience managing hybrid Agile–Waterfall delivery models.
Background in software development, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
