Role Overview

ElevenX Capital is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional business and operational projects in a high-visibility role aligned with U.S. EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution

• Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics

• Build project plans, allocate resources, and manage dependencies

• Track and analyze project performance using PM tools

• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment

• Identify risks, roadblocks, and drive timely resolutions

• Deliver regular updates, dashboards, and communications to senior leadership

• Maintain project delivery within defined scope and budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field

• MBA or PMP certification preferred

• 5–8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or MS Project

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
