Job Overview:
GlobalLogic is hiring a seasoned ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in QAD ERP systems. This role is crucial for supporting digital transformation across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support QAD ERP implementations and upgrades

• Customize and configure QAD modules based on business needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ERP solutions

• Manage data migration, system testing, and UAT

• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support

• Troubleshoot functional ERP issues and identify process improvements

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of ERP experience (5+ years in QAD)

• Strong knowledge in at least one core domain: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Customer Management

• Proven record in full-cycle ERP implementations

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
