Job Summary:
NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across key Salesforce projects. This role requires an experienced Agile leader with a strong background in Salesforce delivery, sprint planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking using Agile tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and other Scrum ceremonies
Manage product backlog and ensure continuous delivery of project milestones
Mentor and coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices
Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to track project health and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure coordination with key stakeholders
Ensure Agile processes are followed and continuously improved
Analyze sprint metrics and performance data to drive delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, including Tech Lead or Scrum Master roles
Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management
Must hold at least 2 of the following Agile certifications:
PMI-ACP
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
ICAgile Certified Coach
Certified Scrum Professional
SAFe Agilist
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
Familiarity with tools like Rally, Salesforce DevOps Center, or similar
Strong coaching and leadership mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
