Job Overview

ZL Tech seeks an experienced and proactive Scrum Lead within their Engineering PMO group in Hyderabad. The role is ideal for a motivated professional proficient in Agile frameworks, Scrum methodologies, and team facilitation, responsible for coaching teams and driving continuous development excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution

• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance indicators

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and leads across projects

• Ensure effective use of Agile tools like Jira and Confluence

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency in delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years in software development or IT, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master or Agile leadership role

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred

• Experience working with distributed and global teams

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
