Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master/Agile PM with 10+ years of experience for software development teams applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

• Lead and mentor Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS®.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, resolve conflicts, and encourage continuous improvement.

• Utilize Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

• Work with PLM applications (3D Experience, Teamcenter) for the Automotive domain.

• Apply DevOps principles including CI/CD, Test Automation, and use of DevOps tools.

• Guide, mentor, and motivate teams with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Employ various Scrum patterns, techniques, and tools such as burndown charts, retrospectives, and bug handling strategies.

• Apply knowledge of other Agile methodologies like XP, Kanban, Crystal, and FDD.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+ years’ experience as Scrum Master/Agile PM in software development.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Experience with SAFe or LeSS® frameworks.

• Proficiency in Agile techniques and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to PLM applications in the automotive sector.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

• PG: M.Tech in Automobile (preferred).
