Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant-leader responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, improving team performance, and ensuring smooth product delivery across multiple teams. You will also handle operational and light administrative responsibilities like Jira reporting and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/SAFe practices and values.

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity in goals and backlog management.

• Identify blockers and actively remove impediments to ensure team momentum.

• Perform light administrative tasks (Monthly DORA metrics, Timesheets, PR/PO creation).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Report using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft BI).

• Ensure weekend deployment support and coverage for Australia time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years overall experience; 5+ years in a Scrum Master role.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Certified, Kanban Certification.

• Strong expertise in Agile metrics and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

• Hands-on with Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, Agile Reporting.

• Project management capabilities with stakeholder management.

• Ability to work across geographies in a matrixed global setup.
