About the Role:

Accenture is hiring a Scrum Master to lead agile software development teams and ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies. You will coach teams, remove impediments, facilitate key ceremonies, and track team progress using industry-standard Agile tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master and Agile coach for one or more software development teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Track team performance and report metrics to stakeholders

• Identify and remove roadblocks that affect the team’s productivity

• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables

• Mentor team members in Agile values, principles, and techniques

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile Project Management

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Ability to coach teams on Agile frameworks and practices

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams

• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management

• This role is based in Hyderabad
