About the Role:

Accenture is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams through effective implementation of Scrum methodologies. This role is critical in enabling team success by removing impediments, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.

Project Role Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for:

Coaching and mentoring the Scrum team(s)
Facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Identifying and removing blockers to team progress
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Tracking and reporting performance using Agile metrics
Fostering collaboration between stakeholders and team members

Key Responsibilities:

Guide Agile teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle
Promote Agile principles and encourage best practices
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and departments
Support conflict resolution and team cohesion
Act as SME for Agile project delivery
Manage team performance and ensure sprint goals are met
Collaborate with multiple teams to drive organizational goals
Provide actionable insights based on performance tracking

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role
Strong command of Scrum methodology and Agile principles
Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Experience mentoring teams and resolving conflicts
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proven ability to work across multiple teams or large-scale projects

Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience in Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models
Hands-on with project management tools
Business analysis understanding is a plus

Educational Qualification:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
PG: Any postgraduate
Mandatory: 15 years of full-time formal education
