Role Overview:

Accenture is seeking skilled Scrum Masters to lead and enable Agile teams for effective project delivery. The Scrum Master will coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an enabler for Agile teams using Scrum methodologies.

• Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices and principles.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track project progress and report through defined Agile metrics.

• Encourage collaboration, communication, and transparency across the team.

• Identify and remove blockers to ensure project success.

• Support the development of high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools and software.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• 15 years of full-time education required.

Education:

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization

• PG: Any Postgraduate
