Job Summary:

Aziro Technologies is hiring experienced Scrum Masters / Project Managers to drive Agile project delivery across tech initiatives including mobile apps, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Break down projects into sprints and allocate resources.

• Manage stakeholder communication and project tracking.

• Guide software design decisions and resolve bottlenecks.

• Present updates to executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum theory, SDLC, and team collaboration.

• Experience with DevOps, API integrations, mobile & cloud systems.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications like CSM or PMO preferred.
